BUICK Avant - The Project

General Motors is seeking feedback for its latest entry on its Lab website – the Buick Avant. This further fuels speculation that the premium car market is looking to downsize.
The Buick Avant is said to have been developed to study the future of scaled down models for its upper-level brands.

The Buick Avant concept is filled with innovative ideas, including doors that can both swing and slide open, a driver’s seat that moves laterally to customize interior packaging, a luggage shelf that brings packages to you and a “micro pergola roof” that can be either opaque or transparent. Browse through the six exterior themes and four interior concepts that Buick designed.

After viewing its image gallery and its video, let GM know what you think about its ideas for the small premium market. A big part of The Lab’s goal is to get consumers’ responses to concept cars, so feel free to let GM know whether you love or hate its Avant concept by visiting the site here.
