Mugen Japan built a Honda CR-Z Concept Mugen RR design to demonstrate the capabilities Mugen in terms of performance, style, performance and agility. Honda CR-Z Mugen RR was produced by M-TEC show in Japan only and there is currently no plan for future production.
The Honda CR-Z Mugen RR was created with many custom prototypes, many of which are created by carbon fiber, including the hood, passenger doors and tailgate. Other features unique to the car includes a length of carbon fiber underbody, a plant dual exhaust, vented front fenders and race developed suspension. Orange 4-piston monobloc brake calipers and forged wheels 18 inch alloy complement the lively city of Valencia Orange Pearl exterior paint jobs.
Inside the car seats are bearing the mark Mugen color leather / Alcantara. The addition of an information display race has developed the ability to record data frame and engine as well as housing a satellite navigation and audio system. This kit will follow the high-tech car more than two laps to "learn" a circuit, then the act of recording data and vehicle tracking by GPS.
The concept was presented for its world debut in early July 2011 in the area of movement at the Motor Show Goodwood Festival of Speed and complete high-performance Mugen Honda CR-Z, which was designed and built by Mugen Euro based in the UK.
